Based on the texts, what was Ratanji's initial interaction with Sai Baba at the Masjid?

When Ratanji arrived in Shirdi, he went to the Masjid for Sai Baba's darshan. With a heart full of love and reverence, he prostrated at Baba's feet. As described in Chapter 14, he then offered a beautiful flower garland, which he placed around Baba's neck, and a weight of fruits at His feet. After making his offerings, Ratanji sat near Baba with great humility and respect. It was at this point, after Ratanji had presented himself, that Baba engaged him by immediately asking, "You have come today; what Dakshina (offering) will you give Me? Then you will be fulfilled."
