According to the teachings in Chapter 19, Sai Baba's presence is not limited to his physical form or any single location. He explicitly states that those who consider him to be limited to his body of three and a half cubits are mistaken, and that he took form precisely to help them overcome this doubt. Baba clarifies his omnipresent nature by saying, "In water, land, wood, and region; among people, in the forest, in the country and abroad; I am pervaded in light and sky; I am not limited to one place." This confirms his presence is universal and not confined to Shirdi.
