Based on the teachings in Chapter 19, what is the path to liberation and what is considered the ultimate goal of human life?

📖 Chapter 19

Chapter 19 outlines a clear path to liberation, stating that there can be no liberation without knowledge, and knowledge cannot be attained without detachment. This detachment, in turn, arises only when the mind truly perceives the world as transient. Therefore, the process begins with recognizing the impermanent nature of worldly existence, which fosters detachment and leads to knowledge. As described in Chapter 19, the ultimate goal and duty of human birth is the fulfillment of the soul through achieving eternity, fearlessness, liberation, independence, and the attainment of the Supreme Self, which is the Pure Brahman where the senses and mind find rest.
