Based on the source, what is the 'divine heavenly state' and what are its characteristics?

📖 Chapter 37

The divine heavenly state, as described in Chapter 37, is not merely a location but a state of being identified with the Vairaj, or the Cosmic Being itself. It is a state completely free from mental grief, disease, worry, illness, or sorrow. In this state, there is no affliction from hunger or thirst, nor is there distress from the fear of old age. Crucially, it is a realm without the fear of death and free from the duality of 'do's and don'ts'. A soul in this state moves about with complete fearlessness, having transcended the worldly afflictions that bind ordinary consciousness.
