Based on the Satcharitra, what does it truly mean to create a 'heaven on earth' within our Sai community?

Chapter 37 redefines the concept of heaven, moving it from a location to a state of being that a community can help cultivate. The true heavenly state is not a place of sensual pleasure but the realization of the Virat (Cosmic) Self-form, which is free from all mental grief. Creating this 'heaven on earth' means fostering an environment where members can attain a state free from disease, worry, sorrow, hunger, thirst, and the fear of old age or death. As Chapter 37 describes, it is a state where the soul moves about completely fearless, without the duality of 'do's and don'ts.' This is achieved by overcoming the internal causes of suffering, such as ignorance and hatred, and realizing the divine principle that pervades all of existence.
