Based on the description of the 'divine heavenly state' in the Satcharitra, how can a community of Sai followers create this environment for themselves?

📖 Chapter 37

A community can cultivate a 'heavenly state' on earth by embodying the qualities described in Chapter 37. This state is not a physical place but a state of being, the Virat (Cosmic) Self-form, which is free from mental grief. To create this, the community must work to create an environment where there is no cause for disease, worry, illness, or sorrow. This involves collectively striving to overcome unrighteousness, ignorance, anger, and hatred, which are called the 'nooses of death.' By seeing the same divine principle in all beings and moving about fearlessly without the duality of 'do's and don'ts', a community can experience this divine state here and now, as mentioned in Chapter 37.
