Based on Ratanji's visit, what was Sai Baba's unique practice regarding Dakshina?

📖 Chapter 14

As shown during Ratanji's visit in Chapter 14, Sai Baba had a distinctive practice concerning Dakshina, or offerings. He would ask for it from everyone who came for his darshan, whether they were Hindu, Muslim, or Parsi. The amount was not small; He might ask for a few rupees or for hundreds and thousands. If the devotee provided the amount, He might ask for more, even telling them to take a loan. Paradoxically, He would also reassure them not to worry, promising to give them "bags of rupees" in return. He stated, "if he gives Me one quality, I give him a hundred qualities in return," indicating the spiritual transaction underlying the material one.
