Based on Chapter 40, what is the nature of Sai Baba's power and his relationship with his devotees?

📖 Chapter 40

According to Chapter 40, Sai Baba's power is transformative and absolute. He performs 'shaktipat' (transmission of spiritual energy) by simply placing his hand on a devotee's head and makes the unattainable attainable by destroying the sense of duality. His relationship with devotees is portrayed as profoundly intimate and compassionate, like that of a mother to her infant. The text states that He embraces those who take exclusive refuge in Him and is supremely satisfied when a devotee offers food with love. Despite being physically located in Shirdi, He is omnipresent, wandering 'through the three worlds' to run to the aid of His devotees wherever they may be.
