Based on Chapter 34, what motivated the family to travel to Shirdi after all medical treatments for their son had failed?

📖 Chapter 34

As recounted in Chapter 34, the family decided to go to Shirdi as a last resort. After all medical options, including various treatments and surgery, had failed to cure the boy's bone-cyst, the relatives were at their wit's end. It was at this point that word reached them of a famous Avaliya, or saint, living in Shirdi. They heard that this great saint, Sai Maharaj, could heal diseases just with his sight and that applying Udi from his own hand could make even incurable diseases perish. This reputation prompted the parents to try this final remedy, deciding to go and bow at his feet to see if this calamity could be averted.
