Based on Chapter 21, what are the necessary conditions for a person to be able to meet a saint?

📖 Chapter 21

Chapter 21 of the Sai Satcharitra makes it clear that meeting a saint is not a matter of chance or simple effort, but requires divine sanction. The text states that "Unless good fortune dawns, One does not encounter Saints and Sages." It further clarifies that the company of saints is not accessible to the "unfortunate" and that this union is only made easy when "God’s grace is present." The author uses his own past failure to visit the Siddha Pir Maulana, despite being in close proximity, as proof of this principle, attributing his inaction to "ill-luck." Therefore, the primary conditions for attaining a saint's darshan are good fortune and the presence of divine grace.
