Although Baba forbade Amir Shakkar from coming to the Masjid, his assigned stay in the Chavadi paradoxically provided him with effortless and frequent darshan. Chapter 22 explains that this was a special grace. Every morning, Baba's path for alms took Him right by the Chavadi, allowing Amir to see Him. In the evenings, Baba would come in front of the Chavadi, saluting all directions. Most significantly, on the alternate days Baba stayed in the Chavadi, only a plank door and a nominal curtain separated them, allowing them to talk privately after the other devotees left for their homes.
Baba forbade Amir Shakkar from visiting the Masjid for nine months. How did he still manage to get Baba's darshan?
