Aside from Kashiram, the texts mention Mhalasapati. What can you tell me about his relationship with Maharaj and his role among the devotees?

📖 Chapter 0

Mhalasapati shared an 'extremely close relationship' with Maharaj, as described in Chapter 0. He was a constant companion during the nights Maharaj slept in the Masjid. Mhalasapati would sit by Maharaj's side until dawn, and they engaged in 'very affectionate conversations.' This routine was a staple of their bond and continued until Mhalasapati's death. He was regarded as highly advanced spiritually and completely selfless. For other devotees, he was a source of guidance and joy, so much so that after Maharaj's passing, Mhalasapati became a 'place of rest for his devotees,' continuing to be a spiritual anchor for the community.
