After receiving the disappointing letter, why did Damu Anna decide to travel to Shirdi to meet Baba in person?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 25

Damu Anna decided to visit Shirdi because the reply letter itself contained a hint to do so. According to Chapter 25, the letter suggested, "There is a difference between hearing and seeing; you should come here in person." Following this advice, which came via Madhavrao (Shama), Damu Anna felt it was the right course of action. He harbored a hope that a personal meeting might change Baba's mind, thinking to himself, "Who knows, there might be benefit in that too. Perhaps He will give permission." This hope of gaining personal approval for his cotton trade venture motivated his journey to Shirdi.
