After realizing he broke his promise to Sai Baba, what steps did Babasaheb Tarkhad take to seek forgiveness?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 9

Overcome with grief and repentance for forgetting the Naivedya, Babasaheb Tarkhad's reaction was immediate and heartfelt. He prostrated at the feet of Sai Baba's photograph, his heart choked with grief, and pleaded for mercy. As recounted in Chapter 9, he felt this was a "great error" and felt utterly helpless. Believing he needed to do more, he wrote a letter to his son in Shirdi. In this letter, he confessed his failure and implored his son to ask Sai Baba directly for forgiveness on his behalf, pleading for compassion and the protective hand of the Maharaj for his poor servant.
