After Kashiram was attacked by robbers and left for dead, how did he recover and what was Sai Baba's role in it?

📖 Chapter 0

After being struck by an axe and regaining consciousness, Kashiram demonstrated immense faith in Maharaj. As Chapter 0 recounts, he refused to be taken to a hospital and insisted, "Take me to Shirdi." Once he was brought there, his recovery was directly overseen by Maharaj. Madhavrao Deshpande administered treatment, but it was done on Maharaj's specific instructions. The text explicitly states that it was by Maharaj's grace that Kashiram's health improved and he recovered. This shows that Maharaj's intervention was not just spiritual protection during the attack but also a source of physical healing afterward. For his bravery in the fight, Kashiram later received a sword as a gift from the Bombay government.
