After his business plans were rejected by letter, what did Damu Anna do next?

📖 Chapter 25

Although Damu Anna was initially very crestfallen and felt he had "kicked away the served plate," he did not completely give up. Chapter 25 explains that the letter he received also contained a suggestion from Madhavrao: "There is a difference between hearing and seeing; you should come here in person." Taking this hint, Damu Anna decided to travel to Shirdi. He held onto the hope that a personal visit might persuade Baba to change his mind and grant permission for the business venture. Upon arriving, he sat near Baba and massaged his feet, but he ultimately found that he lacked the courage to ask about the matter again.
