After Hemadpant passed away, how was the task of completing the book's summary managed?

Following Hemadpant's death, there was confusion about the promised summary. Chapter 53 describes how his son, Shri Gajanan, undertook a great effort to research his father's vast records and found the necessary materials. Gajananrao discussed the missing summary with others, including Babasaheb Tarkhad. They all agreed that the summary must be written, and Babasaheb even announced a deadline for it in the Shri Sai Leela magazine. Though that deadline passed without the summary appearing, these actions set the stage for another author to eventually complete the sacred task.
