After hearing a story from Shama, Baba gave some profound advice. What was the core teaching he imparted, and how did he say it would be beneficial?

📖 Chapter 19

After listening intently to a story, Baba was pleased and instructed the narrator to keep its essence in his heart. In Chapter 19, Baba then explains that the path to true knowledge is through meditation (Dhyana). He emphasizes that this practice, which involves freeing the mind from desires and focusing on the divine within all, brings peace. Baba states, "Our ways are unique; keep this one thing in your heart, it will be very beneficial." The benefit he describes is profound: through consistent meditation, the mind becomes one-pointed, the triad of meditator, meditation, and object disappears, and the devotee attains the state of pure consciousness, becoming one with Brahman.
