After failing to read the Dnyaneshwari on his own, what vow did Balasaheb Deo make to Sai Baba?

After numerous failed attempts to maintain a regular practice of reading the Dnyaneshwari, Balasaheb Deo felt very distressed. He couldn't even manage to read five verses daily with regularity. As described in Chapter 41, he therefore made a firm resolution and took a vow. He decided he would only begin reading the Dnyaneshwari again when Sai Baba Himself gave a direct order and instilled the love for the text in his heart. He placed his faith entirely at Sai's feet, choosing to wait for a clear sign before proceeding.
