After Annasaheb Dabholkar retired, what advice did Sai Baba give him about his future?

📖 Chapter 3

After Annasaheb Dabholkar's government service concluded in 1916, he visited Shirdi. As recounted in Chapter 3, his friend Anna Chinchonikar pleaded with Baba to find Annasaheb another job, worrying that his pension would be insufficient. Sai Baba, however, advised him differently. He instructed Annasaheb to undertake "my service," promising that if he remained devoted with feeling, his household would find happiness and his plates would never be empty. Baba assured him that by doing this service, the God of Gods would have mercy and an eternal treasure would be found, thus shifting his focus from worldly employment to spiritual devotion.
