According to the text, why was Bapusaheb Buti considered to have great luck?

📖 Chapter 39

Bapusaheb Buti is described as having blessed and great luck because the mansion he financed and constructed ultimately became the sacred final resting place of Shri Sai Baba. Despite his initial anxiety that the building would be useless after Baba's passing, a divine turn of events occurred. As Chapter 39 explains, Baba's own final command was, "Place me in the mansion." This led to his holy body being enshrined in the inner sanctum of Buti's house. The text explicitly states, "Blessed is the luck of Buti, in whose own house the body of Shri Sai rests," highlighting that having his personal property become the revered Samadhi Mandir was an immense and holy fortune.
