According to the text, why didn't the original author, Hemadpant, write the concluding summary for the Shri Sai Satcharitra as he had planned?

Chapter 53 explains that while the original author, Hemadpant (Dabholkar), had promised to review the work and provide a summary to complete the book, this did not happen. The primary reason was his sudden and unexpected death, which left his loved ones grieved. As the chapter notes, "Nothing happens by one's own will; Baba’s will is more powerful." After his passing, his son Gajanan provided his vast records, but despite much searching, the promised summary could not be found among the writings.
