According to the scriptures, how should one understand the concept of death, especially in relation to a saint like Sai Baba?

📖 Chapter 43

The text explains that death should not be feared, as it is a natural characteristic of the body, much like dust. Chapter 43 clarifies that birth is the union of the body and senses, while death is their separation. For a saint like Sai Samarth, who is described as the complete Supreme Brahman and a mass of bliss, the concepts of birth and death are mere illusions. He is devoid of bodily impulses and consciousness. The text suggests that for such enlightened beings, death is like a solar eclipse—a defect of our vision, not a true end. They are not touched by birth and death, which are considered false imaginations.
