According to the Satcharitra, under what circumstances do saints choose to incarnate on Earth?

Chapter 4 of the Sai Satcharitra explains that saints descend to the world of mortals when there is a significant decay of religion and societal order. This includes times when people lose respect for their duties and for each other, when religious teachers are insulted, and when sectarian hatred grows. Saints also incarnate when people become overly focused on worldly happiness derived from wealth, status, and family, turning away from the ultimate spiritual goal. Their purpose is to awaken religion, protect the humble and weak, and destroy irreligion for the upliftment of all.
