According to the Satcharita, why is being born on Earth considered more valuable than attaining heaven?

The Satcharita posits that the earth-world is of profound importance, even more so than heaven. Chapter 37 explains that realms like heaven are for enjoying sensual pleasures, which are temporary and cease once a person's accumulated merit is exhausted, causing them to fall. It provocatively states that the pleasure Indra experiences is of equal weight to that of a donkey wallowing in a dung-heap. In contrast, the earth-world, despite its fleeting nature, is the unique stage for attaining ultimate liberation. It is on earth that one can offer every action to God, study the science of the oneness of Brahman and the Self, and ultimately achieve a state of true fearlessness, which is considered far more profound than the transient joys of heaven.
