According to the Sai Satcharitra, what makes the village of Shirdi and its people so blessed?

📖 Chapter 39

Chapter 39 of the Sai Satcharitra extols the blessedness of Shirdi, attributing its holiness directly to the presence of Shri Sai. The text states that the Dwarkamai building, where Sai lived, is blessed, and the village itself, once small, became great and attained the status of a pilgrimage site because of him. The people of Shirdi are also considered blessed for receiving his grace. In particular, the women of Shirdi are praised for their singular faith, as they would constantly sing songs of the extraordinary Sai while performing their daily chores like bathing, grinding, and pounding grain, which brought deep peace to those who heard them.
