According to the final chapter, why was the 'Sai Satcharitra' written and who was chosen to write it?

Chapter 52 explains that the book, also called "Sai Leela," was written to remember the experiences Sai Baba gave to His devotees. Its purpose is to provide enlightenment for this world and the next. The author, Hemadpant, describes himself as someone devoid of specialized knowledge and learning.
