According to the end of Chapter 5, what is the connection between overcoming pride, the actions of a wise person, and achieving non-duality?

📖 Chapter 5

Chapter 5 concludes with a profound philosophical discourse on spiritual attainment. It states that one's own cleverness is useless and that achieving welfare requires acting without pride. The text emphasizes that he "who has burned the pride of the body has made this body meaningful" and can then become a disciple to reach the supreme goal. As explained in Chapter 5, the bodily activities of a wise person are seen as the result of previous karma, and such a person is not the doer of karma and doesn't feel its burden. This detachment from pride and action leads to a state of non-duality, where the universe is perceived as one's own form. The chapter poetically states that only if the sun could enter darkness would a wise man experience the sense of duality.
