According to the author in Chapter 26, why was Shirdi considered a fortunate and blessed place?

As per the text in Chapter 26 of the Sai Satcharitra, the town of Shirdi is considered exceptionally fortunate and blessed specifically because of Sai Baba's presence. The author states that it was the great fortune of Shirdi that Baba arrived there, and by choosing to reside there, He transformed the location into a holy pilgrimage site, or Kshetra. The author exclaims, "Blessed is the merit of Shirdi that this merciful Sai makes this place fortunate and adorns it with His presence." This indicates that Shirdi's spiritual significance is entirely derived from it being the chosen abode of Sai Baba.
