According to Sai Baba, what is the true nature of Knowledge and why can't it be taught directly?

πŸ“– Chapter 39

Sai Baba explains that Knowledge (Jnana) is not a subject for speech or instruction but is a state of realization that is beyond words. According to his teachings in Chapter 39, Knowledge is self-existent, pure, and unobstructed, much like the sun and moon which are always shining even during an eclipse. Baba uses several analogies to illustrate this, stating that Knowledge is veiled by Ignorance just as a mirror is covered by dust or fire by ash. Therefore, it cannot be 'taught' or 'given' by a Guru, but can only be revealed once the covering of Ignorance is skillfully removed.
