According to Sai Baba, what is the spiritual consequence of argumentation, and what is the path to true self-knowledge?

📖 Chapter 2

In Chapter 2, Sai Baba strongly cautions against a mind inclined towards argumentation, stating that where it exists, there is an abundance of ignorance and Maya. He says such a state lacks purity and is filled with bad thoughts and false logic, making a person unfit for self-knowledge and leading to unhappiness. The true path, as Baba describes it, is through devotion with faith. He promises to be subservient to those with such devotion. By hearing, singing, and contemplating his stories with true feeling, a devotee gains knowledge of their true form, attains self-bliss, and finds harmony, which is the entire goal of the Vedas.
