According to Sai Baba, what are the spiritual benefits that come from engaging with His stories?

Sai Baba explained that His stories serve as a resting place for the soul. He emphasized in Chapter 2 that by hearing, singing, and contemplating His stories, devotion to Him would be born and ignorance would be destroyed immediately. Baba states that where there is devotion with faith, He is always subservient.
