According to Sai Baba's teachings in Chapter 3, how can a person become free from all desires?

📖 Chapter 3

Sai Baba outlines a path to desirelessness that is rooted in self-realization. As explained in Chapter 3, He teaches that desires arise in the intellect and have no connection to the Soul, which is one's true self and Baba's own form. The key to liberation from desire is to deeply investigate the question "Who am I?" and realize this fundamental identity with the all-pervading Soul. Baba explains that He is present everywhere and in everything, so there is no object separate from the Self to be desired. When this essence is understood, desires dissolve completely, just as "hail heated by the rays of the sun."
