According to Chapter 53, what was unique about Hemadpant's writing process and what happened to his notes after his death?

📖 Chapter 53

Chapter 53 describes Hemadpant's unique and frugal writing process. He was so conscious of waste that he wrote the chapters of the Shri Sai Satcharitra on scraps of paper, which were then given directly to the printer because he felt pained by wasteful expenditure. He felt compassion for these "poor, lifeless scraps of paper" and wanted them redeemed through service to Baba. After Hemadpant's sudden death, his son, Shri Gajanan, undertook a great effort to research his father's vast records. Gajanan then provided the necessary materials, which were also written on scraps, to the person who would ultimately complete the work.
