According to Chapter 52, why was the Sai Satcharitra written and what is its purpose?

Based on the teachings in Chapter 52, the book "Sai Satcharitra," also referred to as "Sai Leela," was written to remember the experiences that Sai Baba gave to His devotees during His lifetime. The text explains that Sai himself chose Hemadpant to author this sacred work, holding his hand through the process. The purpose of this supremely holy book is to provide enlightenment for both this world and the next. As described in Chapter 52, it is a means for the salvation of devotees, as Sai kept His fame recorded in writing for their benefit. By listening to this Satcharitra, especially after taking a holy bath in the Godavari and having darshan of the Samadhi, one's threefold afflictions can be calmed.
