According to Chapter 52, why was the book "Sai Leela" written and who was chosen to write it?

The book "Sai Leela," also referred to as the Satcharitra, was written to remember and preserve the experiences that Sai Baba gave to His devotees while He was in His physical body. As Chapter 52 explains, its purpose is to provide enlightenment for this world and the next. Despite having countless followers, Sai Baba chose Hemadpant, who considered himself devoid of specialized knowledge, to be the author. Sai held his hand and caused this true life story to be written, with the inspiration for the book coming after Sai had departed to His own abode.
