According to Chapter 38, why is food donation considered the most important form of charity in the Kali age?

It states that while other ages had different primary spiritual practices, charity is the highest secret for the Kali age. The chapter elevates food donation above all other deeds, asserting that food is the very form of Para-Brahman (the Supreme Reality).
