According to Chapter 37, what is the primary reason a soul remains trapped in the cycle of Samsara, and why is the traditional view of heaven considered undesirable?

📖 Chapter 37

The text in Chapter 37 explains that the root cause of being trapped in the cycle of worldly existence (Samsara), where death follows birth and rebirth follows death, is the knowledge of difference. Believing 'Parabrahman is different from me; I am not that' subjects a person to this eternal cycle. Consequently, the traditional abode of heaven is dismissed as undesirable because it is merely a place for sensual enjoyment and, more importantly, it may lack the remembrance of Lord Narayana's name. The text questions the use of such a place without this essential element of chanting Govinda's name.
