According to Chapter 32, what is the right balance regarding food consumption? Did Baba advocate for feasting or fasting?

📖 Chapter 32

Sai Baba advocated for a balanced and moderate approach to food, rejecting both extremes. Chapter 32 states that while one cannot find God on an empty stomach, "excessive eating is also not beneficial." The text explicitly mentions, "Moderate eating is truly comfortable." Conversely, it describes excessive fasting as "terrible" because it causes continuous discomfort. Baba's teaching was to first satisfy the soul of the self with food, as all senses need strength for devotion. He believed that a mind disturbed by hunger cannot be peaceful enough for spiritual pursuits.
