According to Chapter 25, why did the author feel he could write the Shri Sai Satcharitra?

In Chapter 25, the author explains that he initially felt he lacked the authority, knowledge, or erudition to write the life story of Shri Sai. However, he states that Sai Baba himself provided the inspiration and command to do so. The text mentions that Sai "made me write the book with my own hands to awaken His own devotees." The author notes that at the moment he received this command, his "meager intellect became endowed with courage and special knowledge." Therefore, according to Chapter 25, the author's ability to write the Satcharitra was not his own but a direct grace and empowerment from Sai Baba.
