According to Chapter 23, how did Sai Baba view himself, and how did this contrast with how his devotees saw him?

📖 Chapter 23

Chapter 23 explains that while devotees perceived Sai Baba as an Incarnation or Avatar because he displayed all the necessary signs, Baba himself maintained a very humble self-perception. He would often say, 'I am a humble servant in the court of Allah' and 'I am a poor servant.' His constant chants included 'Allah Malik' (God is the Master), and he never proclaimed 'Anal Haq' (I am God). He saw the Almighty in all things, moving and unmoving, and always behaved as a servant of God, thereby displaying perfect human conduct despite his divine stature.
