According to Chapter 21, what does it take to get the company of a Saint? Is it just about being in the same city?

According to the teachings in Chapter 21, physical proximity is not enough to gain the company of a Saint. The author uses his own life as an example, explaining that even though he lived in the same city as the Siddha Pir Maulana, he never went for his vision due to his own mindset. The chapter states that this sacred company is "not accessible to the unfortunate" and that good fortune must first dawn.
