According to Chapter 19, what is the ultimate goal of human life, and what steps are necessary to achieve it?

Chapter 19 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra states that the fulfillment of the soul and the duty of human birth is the attainment of the Supreme Self, which brings eternity, fearlessness, liberation, and independence. The path to this state is clearly defined within the chapter. It explains that there can be no liberation without knowledge. This knowledge, in turn, cannot be attained without detachment. The crucial first step, therefore, is for the mind to develop the firm understanding that the world is transient.
