According to Chapter 14, what makes human life special, and what is the warning against wasting it?

Based on the teachings in Chapter 14 of the Sai Satcharitra, human birth is exceptionally fortunate because it is the only form through which devotion to God and the realization of the Self can be achieved. The text warns that a person who knows nothing beyond basic animal instincts like food, sleep, fear, and procreation is living a life no better than an animal 'without a tail and horns.' Chapter 14 emphasizes that if one does not use this life to pursue spiritual goals, their birth is a useless burden on the earth.
