According to Chapter 12, how are saints different from, and even considered greater than, incarnations of God?

Chapter 12 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra draws a significant distinction between saints and divine incarnations. While it is stated that an incarnation of God is for the protection of the virtuous and the complete destruction of the wicked, saints are described as uniquely different. The chapter explains that to saints, the virtuous and the wicked are equal, and their minds do not differentiate between who is great or small. They are like the sun for the darkness of ignorance, guiding all souls without prejudice.
