According to Baba's teachings, what is the consequence of perceiving the world through duality, and how can one overcome this perception?

The teachings found in Chapter 14 explain that holding onto manifoldness, or duality, traps one in a continuous cycle of birth and death. This perspective, where the intellect establishes a difference between 'self' and 'other', is described as pure ignorance. This purification allows an individual to turn away from ignorance and attain the state of oneness, which is one's true nature. By surrendering to the single Essence that pervades all, the cycle of suffering caused by perceived separation can be ended.
